In Uvita, Costa Rica the early morning hours are particularly nice to practice sun exposure. Before the high sun of midday arrives, I stretch out my window, step into the garden or onto the beach to catch the healthiest rays of sunshine. Vitamin D is essential to our health and immune system function. However be aware, to expose yourself to the sun gently, before 8:00 am preferably or after 4:00 pm. Definetely avoid the hours between 10.00 am - 2:00 pm.

*put the alarm clock, it will be worth it!
* visualize a place in nature, which you'd love to visit the night before
* bring your coffee-to-go or water with some fresh lemon from home
*dress casually and easy, just get out there asap, and do the rest later :)
