Body & emotions are my greastest passion. From 18, I worked as Group Fitness, Yoga and Holistic Personal Trainer. The Healing Art of Esalen® Massage and Integrative Somatic Gestalt Coach rooted my understanding of the heart, mind & body connection.
I help individuals and groups to live a healthier, happier and peaceful life. Encouraging clients to physical self-care & emotional balance.
Holding a degree in Intercultural Communication, I worked in corporate events around the globe. Traveling the world, I often felt lonely or tired.
I had to learn, how to establish peace & good health in all the places. Today, I carry a happy home within myself wherever I go. I can share this safe base with others.
