When I come home from surfing in the afternoon, I often feel a little cold. My body is still heated up from exercising in the water, but as I dry off and the water evaporates from my skin, I tend to feel cold. As much as I love coffee, I cannot drink it too late. It would cost me a night of precious sleep & recovery (yes, I am a little grandma).
Thus in the afternoon, I craft my favorite reenergizing ♥-warming tea: warming ginger, anti-inflammatory tumeric, lemon or honey, sometimes fresh mint, if I feel like it. :)
Aftersurf hours are cozy and should be celebrated with a rewarding drink. Preferably non alcoholic. If you don't surf, try this heartwarming remedy anyway.
