Walking in nature

Maybe the most underrated mindfulness practice is walking in nature. In in this way, reconnecting to the elements of air, fire (sun), earth and water. The elements are a free charging station for our batteries.
Walking in nature, breathing in and out, looking at all the miracles of Mother Nature, brings us into a childlike state of wonder. It is a shortcut to presence and playfulness. Get close, barefeet in the sand or on the grass, hug all the trees, climb one, smell the flowers. Observe and listen to the gourgeous birds. Breath deeply and walk conciously, one step at a time.
